This is an interesting conversation. The funny thing about it is...DT is the ONLY agency I contribute to that has a Pinterest button available to folks...yet DT is not my best selling non-exclusive agency. The argument is anyone can steal an image anytime. That's true, but why make it easy?I like DT...of all the micros, this agency is among the best and most trustworthy based on my experience. I just have a hard time seeing how promoting the loss of control of images through social media promotes image sales....and on that note...Photoshelter today published on Facebook the same link from the attorney/photographer that took her images down on Pinterest (that I shared very early on in this thread). posted in I do not want my images shareable on sites like Pinterest. Please opt me out!
