Digital photography has opened a whole new world for me. It has freed me from restrictions to experimenting risk-free with new and different compositions. It also has helped me to have a completely new appreciation of the world all around me. The fact that anyone would be interested in viewing and using any of my photos is still amazing and exciting to me. I hope you enjoy my photos!
I have only done a few weddings but have to agree that an engagement shoot before a wedding is beneficial in providing an opportunity to work with the couple, relax them, and get to know them in a less formal setting. You as the photographer can be more creative without the pressure of time or family. My experience has been that the engagement images have been as good and as appreciated by the couples as the actual wedding images. They have been used in wedding announcements/invitations, displays at the gift table, and as table favors at the reception. posted in Dreamstime's Field of View IV - Question 2
Stick to keywords that describe concrete things or are relevant to what is visible in the image. Don't get deep into concepts. I suspect most designers know the concept they are looking for and search on specific items in the image they want to use that highlights the concept. And for goodness sake, don't use the word "concept" as a keyword! posted in Dreamstime's Field of View - Question 4
